(Dagbladet): Approximately 120 rail commuters who yesterday afternoon tried to take the train from Oslo to Sørumsand on Romerike, was sitting locked in a train set, while both they and conductor tried in vain to get the doors. They did not contact with the driver and the passengers had to join on to the next station, Blaker, writes Rome Blad.
The newspaper writes that a number of passengers shall have attempted to press the emergency button when the train drove on with passengers table, without it helped.
On Blaker they had to sit and wait approximately an hour before they could join a train going the opposite way. NSB regrets the incident and lying flat. Pressevakt Håkon Myhre NSB says it is due to two separate errors.
– An error in the rear train set made sure the doors were closed there. And then board responsible for the train set attempted to contact the driver, did not communication between them.
