Missing man found alive after three days in his own garden – Bergens Tidende

Vestfold Police confirmed to eastern-Posten the small incredible story of the man who in three days was hollow away from their homes in Preståsen in Sandefjord, and reappeared shortly after his wife reported him missing.

– The man’s wife was away since before the weekend, and had repeatedly tried to get in touch with him, says operations manager Kjetil Indahl in Vestfold police.

– Monday evening approached she finally neighbors who looked in my mailbox and noted that it was full of mail, he said.

It turned out that the man Friday had tumbled down a slope in its own garden and have remained there because he could not get up again. When police began the search for him Monday night, they found him dehydrated, but apparently in good shape.

– He apparently had not taken much damage lying out in some småkalde fall for, says Kjetil Indahl.

It is not yet clear whether the man had injured himself when he fell down the slope. The man was Monday night taken care of health care and taken to hospital in Vestfold, Tønsberg. (© NTB)
