The injured man is 41 years old and a resident of Møre og Romsdal, police said.
The accident occurred in Nystrand Road, southeast Porsgrunn city center. The injured were flown to Ullevål hospital in Oslo.
A message about the accident came just before 21 o’clock, according Telemark Police. The sequence of events is still unclear, according to operations manager Jan Olaf Jansen, but it revolves around a downhill and there were no other vehicles involved.
