IKEA recalls children's recall due to risk of serious injury – eastern-Posten

IKEA asks customers who have a GUNGGUNG children remember to immediately turn it away from children and bring it back to any IKEA store where they will be refunded the full amount, type furniture giant in a press release sent out by NTB.

IKEA has received reports of incidents showing that the suspension mounts on GUNGGUNG remember not live up to the quality standards of the company and represents a risk of serious injury.

– We develop products that will stimulate children’s creativity and natural need for physical play. Children do not think about safety when they play, so we must do when we develop products. Our philosophy is to only sell products that we would give to our own children. Yet we sometimes make mistakes, even though we have tested the products in accordance with current standards and legislation. Therefore, recalling we GUNGGUNG remember to avoid more such cases, says Cindy Andersen, who is IKEA Business Area Manager for children.

GUNGGUNG children recall have been sold at all IKEA stores in Norway since 10 March 2014

GUNGGUNG recall can be returned at any any IKEA store where the entire amount will be refunded. Proof of purchase (receipt) is required for a refund amount.
