Odd Nerdrum acquitted of breach of contract – Aftenposten

There are Larvik Court has concluded that the artist had the opportunity to walk away from the deal with The Nerdrum Institute, reports Today’s Business.

The two partners had signed a ten-year contract that gave the department the exclusive right to market and sell Nedrum art world. After two years, however, would the artist out of the collaboration. The owners of The Nedrum Institute said on his part that the agreement was terminated and sued Nerdrum 23 million they estimate to have lost that agreement was broken.

Larvik Court believes the parties in their correspondence had agreed away from to facilitate financial claims against each other, writes Judge Lars Marcus Evensen.
