(Dagbladet): Once a person is arrested and siket for murder or complicity in the murder of a 34 year old man in Ammerud in Oslo last week. The arrest took place Friday.
– There is a man who made statements about the case. I can not comment further on the case this time, said police attorney Kari Kirk Horn of the Oslo police told Dagbladet.
The man is not one of the two people who were arrested and released last week, but was first arrested yesterday.
the man in the ’30s and is presented for varetektsfensling 12 o’clock today. It is currently unclear how the man stands indictment. He has appointed John Christan Elden who defend.
A total of now five people formally charged in the case.
– Moved suitcase
Monday this week, two men (24 and 26) and a woman in early 20s in custody for four weeks by letter and restraining the Oslo District Court.
All three are charged with killing a 34-year old man in an apartment on Ammerud in Oslo. The body of the man was found in a suitcase in a grove at Ammerud school Friday of last week.
Why corpse ended in the suitcase is not entirely clear to the police.
– They’ve moved the suitcase a piece, but it’s a little unclear why they ended where they did, says police lawyer Kari Kirk Horn.

24-year-old who possessed the apartment where 34-year-old was killed, has acknowledged that he committed the murder.
The other two accused, a 26 year old martial artist who already is charged with having shot and injured a man and a woman in early 20s, testified that they were in place when 34-year-old was killed but refuse to have contributed to the deaths.
A total of five people have been charged with murder. A man in his 20s is released but still charged with murder or complicity in murder, gets Dagbladet illuminated.
Asking for photos and video
Police are still working to pinpoint the murder. Police has also hung up small posters in the area where the murder was committed with the message that anyone who was in Ammerud- and Kalbakken area from kl. 10 Wednesday 27 April until. 07.30 Friday 29 April and who have taken pictures or video to come forward.
– We try to identify different movements in the best way possible, and has therefore requested that those who may have taken photos or videos in a relatively spacious period to come forward, said Kirk Horn Dagbladet on Wednesday.
