Three classes evacuated after fire at school camps – Dagbladet.no

(Dagbladet): All emergency services have moved out to a fire in Høgeset leirskole in Valdres. Police got the message about the fire just after at 23.

– More is sent to hospital for medical check. We assume that this is not serious injuries and six of these are driven in a minibus with suspected minor smoke damage, said operations Trond shield Vestoppland police Dagbladet.

Around the clock 1:20 confirms police that 100 people were in building.

– Total evacuees are 97 students and 3 teachers from Paul Petersen Idræts Institut. 11 people are driven to Laerdal hospital with smoke damage, illuminated polititet.

Police also says that all persons are accounted for after the fire broke out there three Danish schoolchildren visiting.

– The building is still ablaze and we are working to extinguish the fire, said operations manager shield Dagbladet at 01.

Students and teachers are now transported to Filefjellstuene rentals few kilometers away. Fire cause is not yet known.

According to NTB shall most students be in their 20s.
