Clemet: – Erna is not Per Sandberg boss. Siv must clean up. – Aftenposten

Since Treasury Siv Jensen (FRP) put forward the Government’s budget proposal last year, the relationship between government and cooperative parties Left and KrF gradually deteriorated.

Absolute Zero came ten days ago, when FRP deputy Per Sandberg slapped and allocated KrF an “enormous responsibility” for young Muslims are terrorists.

Two points overshadows everything else

Tomorrow attempt “reunion” Nydalen between Prime Minister, Finance Minister, KrF leader Knut Arild Hareide and Liberal Party leader Trine Skei Grande at Hotel Radisson Blue – the scene of government negotiations in 2013 – has been agreed upon since January. Nevertheless, following overshadow everything else on the agenda:

  • Get instant end to all the bickering for open stage .
  • Prevent public laundry sink forward through new collaborative routines .

– “din” must be suppressed, policy must be

Chairman of the liberal think tank Civita, Clemet said to the class struggle recently that continued bickering was a sure recipe for losing the election. In this interview she comes with its advice to the four party leaders before reconciliation meeting in Nydalen.

First, she has an invitation to the Prime Minister and the other party leaders:

– Go ahead – show commitment!

– If they believe in the project, so they must also show that, create enthusiasm. If they do not feel like it, if they do not see themselves served by cooperation, so it will not go, says Clemet.

– But it is also important to say that they have a good time. The political memory is short, and there is still a long to the election in 2017. But “noise” must be suppressed, policy must be, she says.

Here is Clemets five recommendations:

  • Jensen must resolve “Per Sandberg problem.”
  • The ministers must get a better dialogue with the Liberal and Christian Democrat fractions Parliament.
  • The communication between the four party leaders must be improved.
  • The agreement requires interpretation: Needs unified understanding of how to handled.
  • State Budget: New and improved process involving Left and KrF.

Clemet is clear that the type statements Per Sandberg has come with about KrF and terror, is damaging for the government project and that Sandberg not can continue that way.

– Erna is head of government, but she is not head of Sandberg . It is a task for Progress Party leader Siv Jensen to clean up this says Clemet.

She notes that FRP has prospered in government, much better than most thought beforehand.

– This is Progress chance. The party has good ministers. The project is rooted in the party over several years. It is very pity if Sandberg statements shall destroy the project.

Better dialogue with factions

– The ministers must communicate well with the Liberal and Christian Democrat representatives in Parliament, but also with their own factions. Some ministers are better than others, so here it is certainly room for improvement. It’s incredibly important to have a trusting and open tone. To know factions what comes while they can make suggestions and adjustments before the cases submitted, says Clemet.

– It seems that the dialogue between the four leaders is good, but it can certainly be improved. It is eg. always difficult to set aside enough time for each other.

Different practice of cooperation

– The agreement is unique and both party leaders and youth party leaders brag of it. But there is clearly a need for a better and more unified understanding of how to handle the daily work in the four parliamentary groups and the Government of the daily says Clemet.

Climate Agreement

Clemet believes that the recently concluded climate agreement between the four parties are a shining example of that they can cooperate in areas where distances are basically large.

She believes all four parties must take responsibility for the situation that is occurred.

– There are many temptations for KrF and Left through the MoU. We saw it when the government budget. Long believed many that the state budget was pretty good, and there was no criticism of disability reform. Then it exploded with tremendous strong characteristics from the Liberal and Christian Democrat side, which also made the negotiations very difficult, says Clemet.

Tax cuts and cuts in child supplement

– This is real dilemmas for KrF and Liberals. How much should they be “within”, and how much they should be “outside”?

– At the same time it is of course possible to question the wisdom of the government proposed tax cuts simultaneously with cuts in child supplement.

Skei Grande shows the way

Clemet highlights Skei Grandes chronicle on aftenposten.no Friday, where she asks the Government to themselves “closer majority in Parliament.”

– While she takes self-criticism on their own behalf by pointing out that the Liberals – and KrF – must “recognize that The Government’s priorities are not identical with our “.

– Here displays Skei Grande leadership. She points a way forward and is also evident that the Left is a bourgeois party and stand behind the MoU.

Meanwhile, Clemet KrF who identifies himself as a bourgeois party, enough will be challenging cooperate with both Conservative and Labor.

KrF – a challenging party

– KrF will reluctantly take unpopular positions, while the party itself would like support for some heart issues that are unpopular in all the other parties, such as Krle and reservation clause.

Clemet still little faith that KrF will break the cooperation agreement and enter into a more binding cooperation with Labor – though frustration right now is great in “KrF countries» .

– KrF experience is enough that they after all face greater respect for their minority positions to the right than to the left. But there is a enough confusing for many voters that this is a continuous theme for the media and a debate that some of KrF also helps to keep alive.

Several reforms

– In the previous period we had a majority government that hardly conducted some reforms. Now we have a minority government which has initiated work with many great and important reforms. Then it is no wonder that it gets a little noise. But the prerequisite for the success of the reforms is that one manages to explain why they should be implemented. And it manages not, if the only thing that occupies the media are “bickering” between cooperation parties.
