A man (74) died after he was hit by a car in the pedestrian area in Bjørkelangen Monday.
Accident occurred on Highway 115, just south of Bjørkelangen. The accident is located near the ambulance center at Bjørkelangen, and a doctor came so quickly to the place.
– It was attempted resuscitation in about 40 minutes, but his life could not be saved. He died on the spot, said operations manager Jon Andorsen in Raumarike police to Rome Blad.
74-year-old was domiciled in Aurskog-Holand. His next of kin have been notified.
