The police were called by a person who was behind the man on Ring 3, and the police stopped the man as he took off at Ekeberg. The car had a collision damage to the front, and lacked well a tire, says leader at the operations center Tore Solberg.
The man is 70 years old and lives in Oslo.
How he could run without the right bow, Solberg can not explain.
– No, I do not know. The car was certainly a piece, so it says little about blood alcohol level, says Solberg.
The man blew red.
Exactly how high he blew must be confirmed by blood tests. 
– He had well over legal value, says Solberg.
The man is taken on to blood tests and driving license will be confiscated.
