The slide is 10 feet deep and 20 feet wide, reports BergensAvisen.
– We have had people into rasoverbygget to check whether there were people or cars there. It was not, so probably no taken by the slide, said operations Arve Samsonsen in Hordaland Police told the newspaper.
There will be no cleanup along the road Tuesday night, which thus remain closed overnight.
– A geologist must assess the risk of new landslides. The road is therefore closed in the night, says Samsonsen.
