Police Attorney Kare Kalvå, who will represent the prosecution under trial, would not comment on the contents of the two reports.

– But there will always be such that when the defendant does not have much to contribute, as will an expert report of great importance, says Kalvå.

– There is a tension torque how much he will be able to contribute during the main hearing.

Kalvå points out that there are examples of defendants who have come with more details during his testimony in court than in police interrogation .

The appeal of deceased Saras family, Lundin represent, did not succeed either in the Court of Appeal or the Supreme Court. Aanerud shall nevertheless explain about their findings during the trial, which called party appointed witness.

Already when the first judicial authority stated that Aanerud was incompetent, the collision expert Arvid Aakre from NTNU in Trondheim appointed a new expert.

After a new reconstruction of the accident in March this year, could also Aakre finalize its report. He meets like Aanerud in court.
