On Tuesday night it went an avalanche of county 550 between Odda and Utne.
well 20 meter wide landslide hit a rasoverbygg and road was at 22 o’clock still closed. No cars were nearby when the slide went.
– The road will not be paved now tonight. We take a reconsideration Wednesday morning, said guard commander Morten Hansen at Road Traffic Management Centre in Hordaland.
Hansen recommends detour via Highway 13 on the other side of the fjord. Alternatively, it is possible to run through Jondal on road 551.
