Died of injuries after a fight – NRK

– We have no record of what happened in a house on Haslum, but we’ve talked to some witnesses, says police lawyer Iselinn Håvarstein in Asker and Bærum Police NRK.

– We know that there has been a dispute in which it was carried out violence that resulted in major damage to the man who died in the night, says Håvarstein.

The two men are from Poland and worked in the house on Haslum, which was under renovation.

When the police arrived, the man was in his 30s seriously injured and he was brought to Ullevål hospital.

A man in his 20s was arrested, and police said the two families of each other.



We did not talked with the man before he died, but have talked to several witnesses, said police lawyer Iselinn Håvarstein.

Police believe the man in 30 years was struck in the head with a blunt object.

– We have seized several items at the place we will investigate further, says police lawyer Håvarstein.

The man in his 20s is charged with grievous bodily harm under especially aggravating circumstances, but this indictment can be changed.

He was on Friday remanded for four weeks with a letter and restraining, and was transferred to Dikemark psychiatric hospital the same day.
