NRK has gained access to a letter that was sent to the striking pilots in English shortly after Kjos Thursday informed about the reorganization of the airline.
In the letter writing English that pilots who do not accept the transfer, will lose work.
“If you do not want to be reallocated from Norwegian Air Norway AS Pilot Services Sweden AB must inform airlines within March 6 at. 16.00 “, says the letter to the Swedish pilots.
It is stated also that the employees have the right to oppose the transfer. But it will mean dismissal: “In that case, your employment ends, as there is a redundancy situation in Norwegian Air Norway AS.”
