Emergency services came out to the scene just before 14.30.
The driver, who was alone in the car, should have run off the road . The car ended up on the roof just before a tunnel, police said.
– The cause of the accident is currently unknown. Accident Group is heading to the place, says operations Marit Lyby Pettersen Østfold police.
