Asylum din in Parliament: – It is a very tense situation – NRK

– There is no doubt that both the Christian Democrats and Left feel uncomfortable in this matter, says Lundteigen after Labor, SV and Sp Tuesday ensured that SCSCA in Parliament requires that Anders Anundsen answer whether he tried to influence outcome of control case against him.

– Political games from the coalition

After the minister refused to answer Lund Teigens first letter, it comes now a new Control Committee: Is it true that the Minister of Justice offered KrF and Left retrial of applications for asylum while remaining children in exchange they dropped mistrust and strong criticism?

– It is a bad climate in the committee because here we ask for information, we do not get, and then we must push on. So it will not be. A minister should be honest, says Lundteigen.

He characterizes the situation as tense, and says that he has never experienced worse mood in the committee.

NO mistrust: In February met Anundsen open hearing for asylum children. Labor and SV concluded that he had breached the duty of disclosure to Parliament, but neither KrF or Left said agreeing to mistrust.

cooperation parties dislikes that the coalition goes ahead with this matter. According Abid Raja has no control committee something to ask about what Anundsen said to whom under the inflamed asylum proceedings.

– Now we’re in what I would characterize as party political games, said Liberal politician.

Raja will not respond

While he will not say whether it is true that he and the rest of the Liberal parliamentary group was informed about the secret asylum agreement Anundsen should have tried to enter.

– What is the question of the treatment here is what control committee function is. And the Control Committee’s function is to check whether the Minister has given correct information to Parliament and if he follows up the resolutions adopted by the Storting. Who has talked with anyone at any time, it is not something that relates Control Committee, responding Raja and points out that he has a meeting he must reach.

– Why will not you answer the question?

– I have answered the question very precisely. I have told everything that relates SCSCA. The Committee has no authority to demand answers from party leaders about what they bargained for, he says, and move on.

You mean the public deserves an answer

Jette Christensen Labor rejects the allegations politically game.

– Negotiations between parties going on all the time. But it is not part of the policy being that a minister is attempting to negotiate trust and influence the outcome of a case in Control Committee. Ap, SV and Sp believe Parliament and the public are entitled to know whether the allegations votes.
