Figures radio channel P4 have gathered shows that police have pulled guns on 14 occasions since they were temporarily armed with énhåndsvåpen in November last year.
Tuesday fired police the first warning shot since Armament, in connection with the arrest of a knife sticking in Trondheim.
According to P4 figures from 2013 and 2012, the police threatened with weapons 58 times and fired three shots in each of the years.
