Eight out of ten private sector are satisfied or very satisfied with their work life, according to a global survey conducted by staffing agency Randstad, writes DN.
The 32 percent of respondents Norwegians are very pleased with the job.
Randstad has undertaken this survey in every quarter since 2003.
According to the CEO of Randstad Norway, Camilla Grana, it is the
first time that no other country in the world has more satisfied employees than Norway. 
– Norwegian bosses are good to encourage a good balance between work and private life, and salary is generally high. Therefore thrive many of us at work, says Grana said.
