The dead man was found in an apartment in Ryen Berg Road 48 A clock 2:15 Monday night. He is identified as a man in the 50s, says section Grete Lien Metlid by violence section of Oslo police.
– The two new arrestees is a man of 50 years and a woman in their 40s. They are charged with murder or complicity this says Metlid, adding that police currently not looking for several people in the case.
The arrests occurred at various places in Oslo, without drama. It is currently unclear whether police know the two before.
The autopsy report ready
The new arrestees is not questioned, but new interrogation can be started on Monday evening. It will decide on the custody Tuesday.
Police has autopsy report after the death, but will not yet comment on it. Metlid have no comment to any familiarity between the people involved.
Both the victim and the three arrestees are Norwegians.
There were findings police did in the apartment, as well as information that has emerged in matter, as did the police quickly decided to investigate the death as a homicide.
Refuses culpability
The man of 25 years was quickly arrested and charged with manslaughter. He was arrested elsewhere in Oslo newspaper Dagbladet. He sat still questioning Monday night.
– We have sifted man on the basis of information in the case and findings made in this apartment. This is a man we know something before, adds Metlid.
25-year-old refuses to have anything with the death to do, says his defending Thor Bache-Wiig.
– My client has said to me that he does not have anything to do with that this person is dead, says Bache-Wiig and emphasizes that it is the risk of loss of evidence is grounds for arrest.
The lawyer says that it will probably be a incarceration meeting Tuesday morning.
According to Dagbladet, 25-year-old previously convicted in serious drug cases, but that he has not been involved in violence cases.

Police were notified of the death and the possible murder case of a witness, said Metlid.
– This individual had information which led to the discovery of the dead and the accusation against the 25 year old man, said Chief.
Police initiated immediately full tactical and technical investigation when they came to the apartment and found the dead. At 8 o’clock Monday morning packed crime technicians who had worked through the night to investigate the scene, along their gear and removed the barricades at the apartment house on the hillside below Ekebergsletta.
Metlid specifies that all information about the apartment house in Ryen Berg road is important police.
– The police want to get in touch with people who know anything about what happened, or know people who have been in the actual apartment recent days. In addition, we want contact with those who have seen anything near or adjacent to Ryen Berg Road 48A, says Metlid.
