Marthe Styve Holte silent about what she told board and management – Future Requirements

Marthe Styve Holte silent about what she told board and management – Future Requirements

Two days after the phone call with Høie August 26, conducted board and administration in Central Norway a study visit at the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm. Also present were former interaction director Daniel Haga and deputy chairman, now chairman Ola H. Strand. It displays photos from the trip posted on Health Mid-Norway Facebook pages.

– Strikingly silent

Several sources who were involved in hospital process tells independently, about a striking change Molde side’s attempts to influence the process from beginning of September.

– It was almost quiet compared to how it had been, says a source.

While Høie Control Committee writes that he “poured against Molde,” he says to NRK Tuesday afternoon that he “preferred plot near Molde.” Ingunn Golmen, the leader in ordfører- and Councilman Senate Nordmøre mean preference of the Minister has been used for all it is worth in Central Norway.

– That he has done this, have obviously been captured and used for what it is worth in the system, especially the Central Norway Regional Health says Golmen to future requirements.

Styve Holte do not want to disclose whether she brought the minister stand on.

– The was a conversation between me and the Minister. How I possibly take it further, it is so far not interesting, she says to Sunnmørsposten. She does not respond to the newspaper’s questions about what would become problematic for other directors who eventually got such a message.

– Could not anticipate

Høie are equally silent.

“Otherwise I can not answer for what communication there has been between the previous chairman and administration in Central Norway in this matter,” he writes in his reply to Standing Committee on Scrutiny and Constitutional Affairs.

He denies, however, decided that CEO Trond Michael Andersen was fired to make way for Daniel Haga as acting CEO.

“Firstly, it is the Board of Health Central Norway constitutes director of the entity. Secondly, I was at that time aware that Daniel Haga was sick. I would therefore could not foresee that the result of that Andersen resigned from the post would be that Haga was constituted, “writes Høie to Standing Committee on Scrutiny and Constitutional Affairs.

Control signals

His version of legality of what he has done is otherwise in violation of both its own chairman and law firm Thommessen, who has delivered a legal assessment of the process on behalf of Health Møre og Romsdal.

While Styve Holte is clear that she was instructed by Høie to kick CEO Trond Michael Andersen believes Høie he has only given a “control signal”.

“The Board must consider these control signals and own conclusions about how these should be handled,” he writes in his reply letter to the Commission.

He also disagrees with the law firm Thommessen assessment of the conversation he had with Chairman Kinserdal and how this was later interpreted in an e-mail from Kinserdal Astrid Eidsvik.

“General, I believe that the owner must be entitled to express a preference about how issues like health shall decide, should be solved. If the owner in such situations nor expresses the firm is obliged to follow such a preference, there is in my opinion no (attempt) breach of health law § 16. Here it seems that the law firm Thommessen AS assumes a different understanding “writes Høie to the Control Committee.

He said that Astrid Eidsvik requested a conversation with Secretary of State Anne Grethe Erlandsen a few hours before she announced that she had resigned.

“In conversation, she confirmed that she was instructed by the Minister. She added that the only thing that could get her to go for Opdøl as empty choice, would be a direct instruction from the Minister. Such instructions she never “writes Høie.
