Man in 40 years charged with aggravated assault against Veronica Heggheim Step fence – Dagbladet.no

(Dagbladet): The man in 40 years, which it believes was the last one so Veronica Heggheim Step fence (22) alive in November, is charged with aggravated assault against 22-year-old, according to VG.
