Three trucks collided on E6 inside Follo Tunnel in Vestby municipality in Akershus early Thursday afternoon. The accident happened in the southbound direction and led to the E6 was closed at 12:45 o’clock.
The first trailer came out of the tunnel after the collision, the other two had to wait for the tow truck.
police closed also northbound direction several times to remedy the situation. At 15.15 o’clock, the tunnel was opened to traffic in both directions.
During rehabilitation
Project in Public Roads Thomas Kallenberg said the collision did not have anything with rehabilitation to do.
– It happened in the middle of the tunnel. And can not have anything with the label to do.

In the morning it is again normal driving pattern in the tunnel. Rehabilitation continues until May next year, but the work will take place at night.

– The trailers had not hazardous cargo.
