The Centre will in government by growing roots – OBI Online

Surrounded by historical election posters of Agrarian days with messages of “the office control” and “the red tape” launched Q-deputy Ola Borten Moe Friday a proposal for a new party program that advocates for closure and slimming of government agencies.

– It says something about our base and value-related soul that I think is reflected strongly in this program, though in modernized form. Dieting of state administration is one of the parent moves, says Borten Moe said.

Prejudice Freedom

The leader of the party program committee describes the proposal that will now be out for consultation in the party as “very recognizable Sp-politics “. Index is district policy, avbyråkratisering, import protection and no to the EEA, Schengen and “Finnish-Russian wolf.”

But there other parties put forward an agreed draft program with a few dissents, the Center Party this time chosen to broad out debate on a number of points.

– 90 percent of direction is fixed. Meanwhile, a number of issues that deserve a broad and open-minded discussion. I think we will have a freer and more open debate about these matters than it otherwise would have been, says Borten Moe.

In games

The strategy implies that the Centre Party politics is in play on several areas. Programme opportunities including removing electric car benefits, introduce tripartite parental leave and a daily school meal and wind down the tax deduction for interest on debt and liberalize drug laws.

Several proposals could be markers to potential partners after the election. Meanwhile discussed the proposal as a program to return to government.

– We exclude no other partners than the Conservatives and the Progress Party. I think it is natural to imagine a government on the basis of the Labour Party and the Centre, says Borten Moe.

About KrF he said:

– Christian Democratic Party has now completed a three years long seminar on who they will work with in the next parliamentary term. The debate will they have for themselves.

Drug policy

The liberalization of drug policy is one of the points Borten Moe looks forward to discussing.

– It should be good made to argue that the Norwegian drug policy has been a great success. We have many overdose deaths and suffering from substance abuse. Society’s response is largely to bure inside people. It is not obvious that it is the correct one. So not suggesting we legalization, but decriminalization of minor quantities, and a shift from criminal law to the health authorities and a behandlingsløp says Q-vice chairman.
