The Minister has approved the sale of Norway Seafoods and Havfisk – Lofotposten

Industry and Fisheries Ministry has approved the fisheries-related part of the sale of Norway Seafoods and Havfisk to Lerøy Seafood Group.

Now, Industry and fisheries Ministry approved the fisheries aspects of the owner change in Havfisk ASA and Norway Seafoods ASA by Lerøy Seafood Group ASA is granted authorization to acquire 64.42 percent of the shares in Havfisk ASA and 73.63 percent of the shares in Norway Seafoods AS.
