Woman is critically injured, said Health Forde said.
The incident occurred on board an Italian cruise ship. The woman is 40 years of age, and there should have been an episode between two people. Nationality theirs is not known.
Police crews on site conducting Sunday night questioning to clarify what has happened.
– There has been an outrage in advance. How she fell overboard is yet unknown, said operations manager Trond Hatlenes to TV 2.
The woman is taken out of the water and the condition is serious but stable. She transported to hospital. No one has been arrested in the case.
– The woman was in the water for two to three minutes and was unconscious when the Port Authority got her ashore, says harbor master John Erik Johnsen at Aurland Hamn Bergens Tidende.
