Police Attorney Sissel Kleiven informs Tuesday morning TV 2 that the three accused acknowledges having had sexual relations with a 15 year old girl.
– All three acknowledge having had sexual intercourse with the aggrieved party. The three not acknowledge guilt, and this is related to the age and development, says police lawyer Kleiven in Sogn og Fjordane police told TV2.
The charges for sexual contact with children under 16 are not extended or waived. The three accused has cooperated with police during interrogation.
Recognizing not guilt
One of the three accused is 17 years, while the other two is 19 years old. The aggrieved girl is 15 years old, says Kleiven to TV 2.
