Police come today to request extended custody for the 32-year old man who is accused of killing eight year old Monika Sviglinskaja on Sund four years ago.
The hearing today is scheduled to go for open doors and the accused is probably present.
Police will ask for eight more weeks in custody because they partly fear that he will escape, newspaper Bergens Tidende.
He still refuses guilt.
