Hordaland Police charged serious dereliction of duty – Aftenposten

Bureau aiming Hordaland Police for gross dereliction of duty in connection with Monika case.

Eight-year-old Monika Sviglinskaja was found dead in his home on Berge in Sund, 14 November 2011. The police dismissed the case as suicide in August 2012, after several mysterious circumstances. Detective Robin Schaefner alerted superiors deficient etterforsknig underway, but did not ear.

Now imposed Hordaland Police fined 100,000. They are accused of serious dereliction of duty.

Acting Police Chief John Reidar Nilsen says that they have not decided whether they will adopt enterprise. They have five days before they must decide. He further says that they do not have concluded it will get personal consequences for individuals.
