A man was critically injured after a violent episode on Damsgård Bergen late Tuesday night.
– He is stabbed in the chest, said operations Janne Steimler Saetre at Hordaland police.
The man was transported to Haukeland.
– He is operated there now, says Steimler Saetre to BA just before one o’clock Tuesday night.
She then had no information about her husband’s condition.
perpetrator alerted the police
Police were alerted in time 2302 Tuesday. It was alleged offender who rang. He is a Norwegian citizen at the beginning of the 30s.
The person was arrested on the street. He was unharmed. The injured man was found outdoors, and police believe the stabbing happened out there.
Steimler Saetre did not watch 01 of the knife was found. Police kept as still researching the place.
Armed action
The police turned out with several armed patrols when the message appeared. The crews surveyed the area and called for including a flashlight when BA was in place.
Police had last night not confirmed the identity of the knife victim, but the information they put on evidence that he too is a Norwegian man. Both are people police have knowledge of before, confirming operation manager.
