Police allegedly secret evidence against Krekar – Fædrelandsvennen

Police allegedly secret evidence against Krekar – Fædrelandsvennen

The evidence consists of a graded report from the Police Security Service, but the police will not put it in the court before the government has said yes, according to NRK.

The prosecutor, police inspector Vegard Rødås the Oslo police, told Aftenposten that he can not remember the last of this section has been used.

It is impossible that Mullah Krekar lawyer, Brynjar Meling, can get this task, since he is a party to the case. The independent lawyer has confidentiality if he learns about police secret evidence. His task is to provide an assessment of whether the evidence is durable.

Oslo police decisions about forced relocation of Mullah Krekar to Kyrksæterøra should probably be treated in Court of Appeal next week. Meling appealed the ruling from Oslo District Court as stated that it was not unreasonable that the police banished Krekar for Names municipality of Sør-Trøndelag.

– The police want to lead evidence that is graded, and we are dependent on a decision from the King in Council, c.f. Immigration Act § 133, for this to be feasible. Implementation of the appeal will necessarily depend somewhat on the outcome of this minister treatment and therefore it has not been appropriate to take up the matter for decision until this is clarified, says Roda.
