Police in Østfold says to NRK that they do not know exactly what happened at Frederik II secondary school in Fredrikstad Monday.
– We have questioned both the aggrieved and the two people who were arrested yesterday. The boys put themselves in the incident, but it’s still a bit unclear what actually happened at the site, says DCI Rune Albertsen.
– If it turns out that these guys actually have pushed the wheelchair user downhill stairs, then this is a very serious incident, he said. The case is reviewed as bodily harm.
The two arrested were students at Glemmen high school, which is just over a mile away.
– We have an open school, so we have no control in terms of who is visiting your school. But we do not want our students during school hours will be visiting other schools, or students from other schools to come here. Pupils shall be at their respective schools, says Rector Carsten Dyndale by Frederick II after the event.
