In total 104 Norwegian bridges have injuries that worries NPRA. It writes the newspaper VG.
This applies to all types of bridges. Some are on European roads, while others are on walkways.
NPRA fear that bridges collapse. Some have rust. Others have rotten beams. It was originally 237 bridges that were dangerous. The VG wrote last week. Now some bridges closed, while others are fixed. It remains 104 bridges that people use every day.
Transport Minister Kjetil Solvik-Olsen from Progress Party believes the previous government did not do enough with bridges.
He says the dangerous bridges is a reminder that there must be more money on the way. It writes the news agency NTB.
