Man wanted for assault rape Follo – Aftenposten

Assault rape man is charged, happened the night of June 28. A woman in her 20s had gone off the train at Vevelstad station in Ski when she was assaulted and raped, said chief investigator Rita Hartveit Follo Police District.

Just after midnight on Wednesday of this week was another woman 20s attacked, this time having gone by train on longhouse station in the same municipality.

– She was held down and attempted rape, but the offender was disturbed by passers-by, said Hartveit.

As the cases have similarities including the time, place and procedure examines police now if there is a connection between the cases, and it is the same culprit behind. Police went Thursday with the name and picture of the accused and asking people who have seen or know the man to contact.

– The man we call for, is the beginning of

the 30s, light skin, dark hair and is originally from Belarus. He was wearing a dark hoodie with large white lettering on the chest during the first incident. October 8 was the perpetrator wearing a dark jacket with a hood, said lead investigator.

The police would also contact with people who were around Vevelstad station in June and longhouse station on Wednesday morning this week when the events took place . They also ask people who have other information that may be of interest to police, to contact.
