All emergency services came out after police were alerted to the diving accident at Kjøvangen pier just before 12.30.
A major rescue operation was launched, and 13.37 o’clock reported Follo police that the man is confirmed dead.
– There are two people
who have dived. One came up, while one got in trouble, says efforts manager Ron Samuelsen writes Moss Avis.
