Togstreiken can go towards an end – Fredrikstad Blad

Arbeidsgiverorganisasjonen Range, representing the NSB, and the LO State, where the Norwegian Lokomotivmannsforbund (NLF) belongs to the, meet at Riksmekleren at 12 o’clock.

NLF la on Monday unveiled a proposed solution towards the other party. They met not on Monday, but thanks yes to an offer from the mediator Dag Stousland to assist them. Fagforeningens leader Rolf Ringdal believe that the proposal they have worked out, involves a holistic solution to the conflict.

– We are ready to meet. We also want an end to the strike, ” said Ringdal to NTB on Monday night.

Temporary request

Communications director Gunnar Larsen in the Range confirms to NTB that they began to work with the new proposal the 17-time Monday. From both keep it signaled evident willingness to resume the negotiations.

In the proposal now on the table, changes have been made in the most controversial claim: tariffesting of the competency requirements to lokførere.

According to the NRK and Aftenposten have lokomotivførerne instead proposed a separate, temporary kompetanseavtale with the NSB. In the proposal it assumes that if you go with the same requirements to the competence that the NLF would have tariffestet which shall remain in effect until the government clarifies its requirements.

– We’re a little bit new and different, but the requirements to competence and a national standard for lokførerutdanningen are we clear on that we must have something, ” says Ringdal about the new proposal.

Escalation Wednesday

the Strike broke out after the parties came to an agreement in the arbitration 28. september.
