Armed police responded to the Tide in Grimstad, norway after suffering a bekymringsmelding that a man in the area bar on the explosives.
the Police in Agder confirms to VG that the man is apprehended, and that he carried something that could be unstable explosives. He is now driven to the Arendal police station.
– He was arrested out in the terrain without drama. Now we are waiting for assistance from the police bombegruppe, says operasjonsleder Martin Ugland.

Explosives left in the terrain, and now the police guard in the area in anticipation of that bombegruppen. They have blocked off an area of several hundred meters.
Several parents have called in to the police because they are concerned for children in schools and in the kindergartens in the area.
Area that is blocked off is deep in the woods, and there is talk of a region where it is seldom around people. There is no reason to be worried about as long as you follow the police’s instructions, ” says Ugland.
