[Newspaper] Meterologisk institute has sent out a NOTE warning for several counties in Eastern norway.

For the Agder counties, Telemark, Buskerud, Akershus, Oppland and Hedmark applies varslelet snow that can give difficult driving conditions over the 500 meters.
