– Now there will be change in the weather. It gets cooler and from Monday will not temperatures go above 20 degrees. South Coast will notice a great contrast next week, compared with this, says state meteorologist Aurora Stenmark.
30 millimeters of rainfall in six hours
The Norwegian Meteorological Institute has issued a NOTICE forecast for Aust-Agder. From Monday night is expected locally heavy precipitation in the form of heavy showers.
It is expected 20 to 30 millimeters of rain in 6 hours in some places in Aust-Agder.
Stenmark also says it can get locally thunder and gusts. In addition, there is a risk for localized flooding, small mudslides and debris flows where squalls hit.
– There is no beach weather to speak, says Stenmark.
Vest-Agder seems to escape the heavy rain showers.
– Unstable weather all week
And that is unfortunately not the rest of the coming week either.
– There will be periods of sunshine and dry weather during the week but it becomes very unstable weather and low temperatures.
– At the weekend it does not seem that the temperature will rise, but it can be a good deal of sun. It is not all too wrong.
– As summer is not over?
– No, this is one week where we get Another type of weather, but one need not look so gloomy about it. Beach weather can come back, says Stenmark.
