The CPS received in his time worrying messages about both 29-year-old and his sister while they lived in Gjerdrum. His sister got last year nearly 1.9 million in compensation in a settlement with the municipality, where the family lived before they moved to Alvdal.

Children mother convicted of gross neglect and abuse of his daughter while they lived in municipality in the 1990s. The municipality believes that conditions for compensation are not met in 29-year-old case, despite the fact that both he and his sister lived under the same roof, writes Aftenposten.

– I mean I have the right to compensation on par with my sister because of injuries and permanent injury I received in childhood, says his son said.

Son has by his lawyer, Borre Hagen, sued the municipality and says he is willing to go all the way through the court system to get the compensation he believes he is entitled. Hagen says he has little faith in a settlement and preparing for heavy evidence in court. The parties will meet probably in court next year, the newspaper said.

In Alvdal case the mother was sentenced to detention for 13 years and five months for sexual offenses against his daughter. The verdict was also punishment for assaulting her two youngest children, as well as two neighboring children, baked in. Two different stepfathers and three other people were also convicted in abuse cases.
