The man was stopped by Strand at 17.15 on Thursday afternoon, according Budstikka.
– It was, fortunately, you get to say, a part line at the time, so traffic was not so fast. It is nevertheless dangerous to ride on E18, and with high blood alcohol is extra bad, says police operations manager Magne Olsvoll in Asker and Bærum police district.
It is not known what kind of target man had for the bike ride, but Olsvoll says the man now reviewed and will be questioned at a later date.
