The incident took place Tuesday night in Ann Arbor in Bergen.
– We got the message in time 21.26 that some people at one address, reporting that a person is taken from the spot against his will, said operations Preben Wallestad in Hordaland police district to TV 2.
Hunting Rifle
– It had appeared four perpetrators, one of whom had hunting rifles, he said.
Police given a description of the car perpetrators had, and had patrols out to look.
– The car has stopped and has control over it. The person who is abducted, is back at address says Wallestad.
Four people were arrested after the incident, police said to TV 2.
– Two men were arrested when we stopped the car. Two more men were arrested later, says new operations manager Kjersti Eidsnes late Tuesday night.
It may have been a dispute over money which has lead to the incident. Eidsnes says that the firearm as one of the suspects had with them, have not yet been found at 23.25 o’clock.
Base Bits
The first message to the police said that men with base bat came on united at the address in the district of Ann Arbor. As there were weapons involved, armed the police themselves.
The arrested men in 30-40 years. One of them is to be Norwegian, but more should be Eastern European.
