I doubt that she will answer

Norwegian Polar Institute has denied that they have done something that affects this aspect of the matter, and that they possess information showing that they have done something that could have impact on the outcome.

– I would also like to know the truth. Is it true that the Coast Guard down there hiding information that should come out, it’s terrible. But I doubt we will ever have the final answer on this issue, says Nerhus.

Along with the family of the deceased American on “Berserk”, Leonard J. Banks, she went in 2012 to court to stop the television series about the ill-fated expedition. TV Norge won, however, until both the District Court and Court of Appeal.

– All which is again coming from the trial and documentation have been now the last couple of months. The recordings are from the 2011, 2012 and 2013, says Andhøy.

– Why would you tv this?

– The entire expedition in 2011 was very wide attention in the days after the accident. In those days I was a big question who knew what had happened. The image that came up was characterized by illegality focus and a focus on a lack of insurance. What was not colored and illuminated, were the real circumstances of the accident, said Andhøy.

– The respectful question to ask when someone passes away, they disappeared completely. I mean it’s important to do something, in respect for the guys who died.
