It is clear after the Agder High Court rejected the accused’s appeal on pretrial detention.
– Prosecutors and the accused’s defense counsel has had a difference of views on this with destruction of evidence danger. Now the Court of Appeal issued its decision and agree with the prosecution that there still is a risk of destruction of evidence. Hence the need to keep the accused in custody longer, says police lawyer Thomas Kraglund in Vestfold Police told NRK.
