Three men in the age of 40 were police said the influence of alcohol when they ran a boat 20 meters up on shore on an island west of Risør Friday night.
– There are blood tests that the three men, who are sent to forensic analysis, said operations manager Ingrid Mæhre NTB Saturday afternoon.
The police are working with witnesses.
– None of the men wanted to tell the police which of them drove the boat. Under the circumstances, when we see how they run, they have performed really well, says Mæhre
The 20-foot long boat was standing 20 meters onto the land on Stuøya after the accident. The boat has an engine of 150 horsepower, according to police.
