A man with 3 parts per thousand was Monday evening arrested by the police on Askøy in Hordaland. Such a high blood alcohol can be fatal.
The police turned out to Askøy after receiving tips about wobbly drive just after the clock 20.
– We got stopped motorist at Åsebø, says operations manager Knut Dahl-Michelsen in Hordaland Police to Bergens Tidende.

Bergen newspaper writes that the man blew into 3 parts per thousand on the spot when he was stopped, and he was taken to the emergency room for expanded sample.
