Now they complain scheme in the EU and EFTA Surveillance Authority, writes Dagens Næringsliv.
The scheme enables SAS can move aircraft and crew between the countries without hindrance, and makes it easier to obtain Air accord with countries other continents. English has a Norwegian license and several limitations. They have not received a reply from the three countries if they can get the same permission as SAS. Now patience eventually.
– We have tried to get the same as SAS for five years. Now we want the European Commission and ESA makes an assessment of whether the scheme is legal, says communications director Anne-Sissel Skånvik in English to Dagens Næringsliv.
SAS on its side denies that they have an unfair competitive advantage.
