Tommy Sharif owes over 90 million and is being investigated for gross bounndragelse. It does not stop him being a part of a newly founded Dekksenter in Oslo.

According trustee Christian Lundin owe Sharif over NOK 90 million after nine of his companies are bankrupt.

– Tommy Sharif informed me yesterday that it was starting a business, but I know not so much to it. As far as I understand it, he has no formal role in the company, but will be employed there, he said.

Sharif is not formally subject to any disqualification. In public records shows that it is the illegal handling accused brother who is the owner and CEO of the new company Sharif AS.

– He goes on with business as he has a full opportunity. Sharif relate naturally to the law. What trustee finds reason to pry into, which do not relate to him, we put little emphasis on, said John Christian Elden, who is Tommy Sharif defends.

Sharif is accused of gross bounndragelse. He does not acknowledge guilt.
