It was Tuesday night that an ultralight with two pilots crashed about 300 meters from Hamar Airport.

One person, Arild Borud (47) was confirmed dead on the spot, and the other pilot was rushed to Haukeland hospital, where he later died.

– We have around 180 members and we have described clearly how solidarity between us now is when this happened, said general manager of the flying club, Geir Magne Andersen Hamar Dagblad .

The club has both the two pilots and their families in mind.

– These are two experienced pilots both, and they have been active in our environment. They were going out on a normal tour, says Andersen, who hope they get answers to the cause of the accident.
