The eight year old was found dead at his home in Sund at Sotra 14 November 2011.
After the Bergens Tidende experience, have the forensic commission concluded that there is DNA on the belt, and that the genetic material belonging to a other than the 33-year old man who is charged with the murder. Public Health concluded, however, that it was not found DNA on the belt, the newspaper said.
Police Attorney Asbjørn Onarheim Hordaland Police District prosecutors. He does not want to go into details of the case, but says this BT:
– The forensic commission has had several objections to DNA reports from the NIPH. These are answered consecutively, and we are waiting for clarification on this issue. It may take a few months.
Public Health found biological material on the belt, but concluded that it was not possible to create a DNA profile. (© NTB)
